Calling all adventurous women and non-binary climbers! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we're all here for each other. Let's motivate each other to push our limits, share tips and tricks, and celebrate our successes.

Together, we can create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Where? Meet in the bouldering area 

 

Here's what you can expect: 

Staffed by a Contact Community Facilitator for 1 hour, in the bouldering area. 

Connect with other climbers, find belay buddies, and build new friendships. 

 

Womxn Who Rock offers a mid size group setting (max 20 participants).

Learn to Lead

Take Your Climbing to the Next Level! Ready to break beyond top-roping and explore the world of lead climbing. Our Learn to Lead course will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to safely and confidently lead climb.

 

This comprehensive program can be scheduled by calling the front desk at 435-879-3633.

  • Lead climbing equipment: Learn about carabiners, quickdraws, ropes, and proper gear selection.

  • Lead climbing technique: Master clipping techniques, rope management, lead belaying, and fall management.

  • Movement skills for lead climbing: Develop the footwork and body placement necessary for leading routes.

  • Safety protocols: Learn essential safety practices specific to lead climbing. Prerequisites: Top Rope Belay Certification: A valid top rope belay certification is required to participate in this course. This ensures you have a strong foundation in climbing safety and belay techniques.

 

This course is perfect for:

Climbers who are comfortable top-roping and want to progress to lead climbing. Individuals who want to build confidence and independence in their climbing. Anyone seeking the challenge and excitement of lead climbing.

Cost: $90 per person (Non-members must purchase a day pass to participate) Minimum participants: 2
