BOULDERING
Bouldering is climbing in its simplest form: no ropes, just you, the wall, and the movement.
Using climbing shoes and padded flooring for protection, climbers work through short sequences called “problems” on our 14 - 16 foot walls.
Our bouldering area includes a variety of difficulties and down-climb holds to support a safe and enjoyable experience for every climber.

TOP ROPE CLIMBING
Top rope climbing requires a harness, an assisted breaking device, climbing shoes and a trusted partner.
The rope is established on an anchor at the top of the wall, while your partner manages the rope from the ground to keep the climber secure aka belaying.

New to belaying? We offer free instruction and testing to help you learn the skills needed to climb safely with a partner.
Belay instruction are included with your day pass or membership.
LEAD CLIMBING
Lead climbing is an advanced style of climbing where the climber clips the rope into protection points aka quickdraws on the wall as they climb. Because the rope is not already secured above the climber, falls can be longer than in top-rope climbing.

Lead climbing requires strong communication and trust between climber and belayer.
For safety, both climbers must pass a lead test before climbing in our lead areas. We recommend building solid top-rope skills before learning to lead.
