megan 2.JPEG

Yoga Teacher

Megan Pratt RYT-200

Megan creates every class with the intention of helping students feel the same sense of strength and embodiment that she's found time and time again through the study and practice of yoga. What started with a Yoga DVD and a mat in her childhood bedroom turned into so much more over 20+ years of practice and many seasons of life. Megan is first and foremost an eternal student, and she works to bring the best of what she learns to class. In her classes you can expect to find an experience that both challenges you and grounds you, with options that make the practice accessible.

Megan is a recent graduate of YogaVia's 200H program and is currently enrolled in the 300H program. When Megan isn't teaching or practicing yoga, she can be found managing and running her marketing consultation business, running, mountain biking, listening to music, reading, or hanging out with her two dogs, two kids and husband.

Chloe.jpeg

Yoga Teacher

Chloe Valadez RYT-200

Chloe found yoga during a challenging season of life while looking for a way to slow down. What she found was a practice that helped her feel more present, grounded, and better able to show up for life beyond the mat. Over time, that grew into a love for movement and creating meaningful spaces for others.

Chloe is a recent graduate of Yoga Via's 200H teacher training program. She loves creating welcoming, approachable classes where students can connect movement with breath, let go of expectations, and enjoy simply being. Her hope is that everyone leaves feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Outside of the studio, Chloe enjoys reading, hiking, spending time in or near the water, and making memories with her husband, family, and friends.

jordon.JPG

Yoga Teacher

Jordon Sorensen RYT-200

Jordon is a recent graduate of Yoga Via's teacher training program and she believes some of life's greatest lessons are found both on the yoga mat and in the outdoors. Whether she's hiking desert trails, climbing, paddle boarding on the water, or getting lost in a great book, she finds joy in slowing down staying curious and connecting with her body and the world around her.

Yoga has become more than a practice, it has shaped the way she approaches life with presence, resilience, and compassion. She believes every body is unique and her classes encourage students to move with intention, honor where they are today, and discover strength from the inside out. Her greatest hope is that students leave class feeling more connected to their bodies, their breath, and the life waiting for them beyond the mat.

amy headshot.JPG

Yoga Teacher

Amy McKinnon RYT-200

Yoga has changed the way I live in my body. What started as resistance turned into a full-blown love affair with movement, breath, and the nervous system, and it hasn’t let go since. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, and Yogalates, each one a different doorway into the same thing: coming home to yourself through the body.

My training runs wide: RYT-200 through Yoga Via, a  certified Somatic Coach, STOTT Pilates trained, and 20+ years as a social worker. All of which shape how I teach.

I bring self-connection, energy and excitement into every class, building heat and momentum, because I want you to feel just as alive as you are aligned.

Off the mat, you’ll find me backpacking and adventuring with my family, guiding hikes locally, and cultivating awareness around accessing the body’s wisdom through wise.body.rise.

See you on the mat!

Paige.JPG

Yoga Teacher

Paige Parthun RYT-200

Paige found yoga over 10 years ago. Though the exact moment or class cannot be remembered, she always loved the way she got to move her body and loved the feeling she felt during Savasana and walking away from class. Yoga has been a constant and easy way to bring peace, movement, balance and coordination to her life.

As a recent graduate of Yoga Via's 200hr teacher training program, Paige has found her passion for slower more intentional classes like yin and slow flow. The classes are deeply focused on the mind, body, breath connection and she wants people to feel intentional and grounded when they come to her class. Yoga is only so much of the physical movement and much more the mental growth!

When off the mat, Paige works as a nurse, has a husband, dog and baby on the way. She loves creating anything artistic, reading, cooking, gardening and connecting with her social circle.

Kirsten_edited.jpg

Yoga Teacher

Kirsten Wild RYT-500

Kirsten is a lifelong yoga student and is infinitely grateful for moments when she can share what she is learning with others. She believes in the healing power of yoga for the body, mind, and heart. When asked, she will always tell you that yoga saved her life–it allowed her to step out of a place of chaos and turmoil, leave an unhealthy marriage, stop quieting her intuition and listen to her heart, start loving her body and self, and uncover bravery within to experience life to the fullest.

Kirsten typically teaches slow flow yoga classes that are accessible to all levels, always offering variations based on who is in the class or requested focus areas. She enjoys challenging the stereotype of what people think yoga is. As she likes to tell people who say they can’t do it: “If you have a body; if you can breathe, you can do yoga.”

Keesha Darington RYT-200

I’m a passionate movement instructor with almost 10 years of experience in diverse environments. The personal journey through breath work, meditation, and movement has
transformed my life; I aim to create a supportive space for others to explore their own practice.

As a mother of five, I’ve experienced yoga through many different bodies, which has taught me acceptance,
presence, and the value of alternative movements. I now understand that my life is my practice.
