I HAVE LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE WITH LIFTING. CAN I STILL COME? YES! Our trainers are ready to guide you through each class, meeting you where you are at.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER? Nope! Contact Strength classes are open to guests who purchase a day pass.
