LEARN to LEAD
Learn to Lead is structured as a series of three progressive classes, offered on select Fridays
$80 for members
Day 1 — Clipping, Anchors & Belaying
Day 2 — Decision-Making & Movement
Day 3 — Falling & Catching
By the end of the Learn to Lead Series, you’ll have the skills, awareness, and practical experience to lead climb with confidence, understanding not only what to do, but why and how to do it.
PREREQUISITES:
At least 6 months of consistent climbing experience
Comfortable climbing 5.8+ on top rope
Proficient belaying with a GriGri (no ATC)
Must be at least 14 years old to enroll
*WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 PARTICIPANTS TO RUN THE LEAD TO LEARN SERIES

ELEVATED
Our 3-day introductory climbing program & membership is designed for climbers 50 and up to discover indoor climbing in a supportive, instructor-led setting. Boost your strength, flexibility, balance, and brain health while fostering trust and connection.
What’s Included:
Three 90-minute sessions over 3 days with expert instruction tailored for older adults.
Led by Lori Brady, a physical therapist specializing in movement and health for aging bodies.
Climbing gear included (harness, shoes, belay device).
One-month climbing membership for just $50!

Together, we’re launching a weekly climbing meetup designed specifically for individuals affected by PD. Whether you’re new to climbing or a returning participant, these inclusive sessions provide a unique opportunity to build strength, confidence, and community in a safe and welcoming environment.
