CLASS DESCRIPTIONS​​​

Vinyasa Flow

Move with breath, flow with purpose.
Vinyasa flow-based classes focus on movement and the flow of energy, linking mind, body, and breath to music. Build strength, mobility, and focus through an energizing and accessible practice. 78–83° HOT Vinyasa: 83–90°

Ashtanga Remix – 75 min

Traditional roots, modern rhythm.
A short-form Ashtanga practice inspired by the traditional series, with focused attention on breath, movement, and the fundamentals of practice. Designed to cultivate strength, focus, and mindful control throughout each pose. 78–83°

​

Yin Yoga

Slow down, soften, release.
A more meditative approach to yoga focused on passive stretching and longer-held seated and reclined poses. Yin supports flexibility, range of motion, and stress relief while encouraging stillness and nervous system restoration. Non-heated

​

Mindful Flow

Gentle movement, grounded presence.
A gentler, slower-flowing practice designed to build mobility, balance, and strength with greater ease and awareness. Monday and Wednesday evenings conclude with an extended savasana accompanied by a soothing sound experience. 75–80°

Yogalates

Strength meets flow.
Yogalates blends the mindful movement and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of mat Pilates. A fun and energizing hybrid practice that supports strength, stability, and balance. 78–83°

​

Acro Yoga

Play, trust, and connect.
A playful hybrid practice combining yoga and simple acrobatics with a partner or in a group setting. Build communication, balance, and confidence through movement. No experience or partner required. Held in the gym.

​

All classes are beginner friendly, with thoughtful instruction, variations, and

options to support every level of practice.
